1. Agreement & Parties
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the NexField web application and services provided by Full Bit Systems Ltd ("Company"), registered in England and Wales under Company Registration Number 11212860, with registered office at 4 Garrick Road, London, NW9 6AA.
2. B2B Subscription Services
NexField is a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for site management, drawing markups, material logistics, and field team operations. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your internal business operations during your active subscription.
3. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all data, drawings, photographs, and records uploaded to your account. All intellectual property in the NexField platform belongs exclusively to Full Bit Systems Ltd.
4. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, under the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
